Saab Arena as a conference or party venue

Are you planning a large conference, party or another large meeting with all of your employees?

Saab Arena is one of Sweden’s largest event venues, with a capacity of 11 500 participants, including 3 500 participants on the arena floor during concerts. Because of its size, limitations are few and the arena can be adapted to suit your needs and preferences. For example, a theatre-styled seating on the floor can accommodate up to 2,200 participants while a classroom-style seating can hold up to 1,000. Adjacent to the arena, there are large parking areas and loading docks suited for larger vehicles

Saab Arena is centrally located in Linköping, just a five minute walk from the station and a five minute drive from Linköping airport, this makes the venue an accessible alternative for you and your conference participants

Availability for your conference participants

Ample parking is available outside the arena, including 24 spaces reserved for participants with valid disabled parking permits. 16 in the main lot and eight along the side of the arena.

Inside the arena there are two elevators. One large elevator in the stairway to the left of the main entryway and a smaller one outside the entry to section H. Seating for participants in wheelchairs are available at Saab Arena but their locations vary depending on the needs of the event.

Equipment

The arena is equipped with a modern data network and versatile electrical and lighting systems, all of which are customizable to fit your needs. Our resources on-site are vast and we can arrange everything from lighting and plasma screens to furniture and banners. If you have any special requests or needs we will of course help you with that too.
